Our sleep clinic is currently in the process of obtaining approval with additional major medical insurance providers. While this approval process is underway, we recommend contacting your insurance company to inquire about out-of-network benefits or reimbursement options. We’re happy to provide any documentation needed to support your insurance claims. Please contact our billing department with any questions regarding payment options during this transition.

Self Pay Options:

We understand that not all patients have insurance coverage for sleep medicine. For those without insurance or who prefer to pay directly, we offer self-pay rates for our services.

Payments can be made through the patient portal, via paper check, credit/debit card, or during the visit.
