How do your sleep studies work?
We offer convenient home sleep studies. During your office visit, our team will thoroughly educate you on how to use the sleep study equipment. We provide detailed handouts and links to resources, and our staff is available to answer questions if needed.
What is your new patient process?
You can be self-referred or referred by your primary care provider or specialist. Simply contact our office via telephone or through our website to schedule either an in-person or video appointment (depending on your insurance coverage).
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please:
- Complete all forms through our patient portal before your appointment
- If you’ve been previously evaluated by another sleep physician, bring copies of prior records including sleep studies and office notes
- Bring any sleep-related equipment you currently use (like CPAP machines) to your initial evaluation
